This is the new Ariel Atom 3.5R, a riposte to Caterham’s mad Seven 620R. It’s made up of the best bits from the manic Atom V8 and the little-less-manic Honda-powered Atoms, and improves upon 2012's Atom 3.5. With a little help from a supercharger.
Eight years ago, the Peugeot 20Heart show car previewed the 206CC, which brought folding metal roofs to the masses. Since then, Opel has re-released the Tigra, while Nissan has retorted with the Micra CC in the mini-cabrio stakes. Accordingly, Peugeot will update their range with the 207CC, previewed here as the 207 Epure that will be displayed at the Paris Motor Show.
The upgrades for the 2013 models of the McLaren MP4-12C have now been officially revealed and also apply to older McLarens. Earlier this week Cars UK was one of the first to report that McLaren are upgrading the MP4-12C for 2013 with a number of upgrades, including a power boost, which will also be applied to existing cars. McLaren has now caught up with our story and confirmed this.
